Rather than focusing on building the competencies of individual leaders, we need to focus on improving organizational performance through enhancing leadership teams
Rather than imposing proprietary and inconsistent content on leaders, we need to co-create with leaders an open and integrated body of knowledge
Rather than one-dimensional training events we must craft multi-dimensional learning-doing journeys
