A new approach to leadership development

To build the new mindsets and skillsets of Business Co-Creation, we need a new approach to leadership development:

  • Rather than focusing on building the competencies of individual leaders, we need to focus on improving organizational performance through enhancing leadership teams

  • Rather than imposing proprietary and inconsistent content on leaders, we need to co-create with leaders an open and integrated body of knowledge

  • Rather than one-dimensional training events we must craft multi-dimensional learning-doing journeys
